Refusal of acceptance
In case of unjustified refusal of acceptance of goods delivered by us, we charge the costs incurred. In case of repeated refusal of acceptance, the customer number is blocked.
Liability on the goods supplied is limited to a replacement delivery. Claims for rescission of contract or reduction in payment will not be considered provided a replacement delivery can be made within a reasonable period of time. Complaints regarding product defects may be made within 8 days. If an inspection of the defective product reveals that the defect is attributable to negligence on the part of the purchaser (such as damage due to careless handling), the purchaser shall be liable for the cost of the replacement delivery.
We accept no liability for any hardware damage caused by the copy protection.
Our liability for our own fault, as well as that of our legal representatives and agents is limited to intent and gross negligence. This does not apply to the breach of fundamental contractual obligations and absence of warranted characteristics.
Our business activities are based exclusively on Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Lugano. In addition, we are also authorized to use the client’s forum.
Nuvola64 Sagl records only indispensable data that are used for the execution of the order and to facilitate as much as possible for regular customers their subsequent acquisitions. Personal data are treated confidentially and are not given to third parties for advertising purposes. Open and completed orders are stored. This data can be accessed at any time in the password-protected login area. In order to offer possibly advantageous options for the choice of payment method, we must protect both the customer and ourselves from possible abuse.
Items available immediately are delivered, depending on the time of receipt of the order and payment at our delivery service, in 1/2 working days. These are average times which may, however, vary in case of delivery problems by industry. Any delay in delivery will never result in a reduction in the selling price.

For copyright reasons, we can only take back or exchange sound, image and information media if the goods are still in their original packaging and/or sealed (MINT/MINT condition). Of course, this does not apply in case of wrong delivery or manufacturing defects.
Returns must be made within 14 days. The 14-day return policy does not apply to bulk orders (more than 3 pieces of the same item). Returns must be accompanied by the invoice or delivery note, otherwise processing will not be possible. Returns for reasons not mentioned can be taken back only in consultation with our customer service department.
The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer, unless it is a misdelivery or manufacturing defect.
NEW SEAMED ITEMS POLICY
Due to a recent spike of Customers Purchasing SEALED records only to claim damages and trying to return them we are now unable to offer returns on ANY SEALED item. ALL SALES ON SEALED ITEMS ARE THEREFORE FINAL.
